Job Description

- About the Job: Sr. Program Officer (Medical Training), reporting to Program Manager, is mainly responsible for the healthcare provider trainings (both online and offline), community contraception awareness program and SRH related campaigns and workshops. He/she will also be the technical expertise in the area of family planning and sexual reproductive health both for internal and external stakeholders, mainly for the activities including demand generation and brand awareness.

Job Responsibility

- University Degree in Medicine (Medical License is a must.)
- Minimum 2 years of related training experience (preferable with SRH or contraceptive related training experience)
- Good knowledge and have interest in promoting Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH)
- Easy to get familiar with various technology platforms, including google services and various instant messaging apps
- Ability to work under pressure and in a multicultural environment
- Understand the importance of effective communication and coordination
